CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW MARCH 2006
On behalf of the Committee, we look forward to welcoming you to the Abbey Hotel. We hope you have a very enjoyable weekend and meet many old and new friends. Below are details of dinner and show arrangements. If you have any queries please contact either myself or Annette Jones. Once again, we hope you thoroughly enjoy your weekend.
PROGRAMME OF EVENTS
Wine is not included with the cost of your meal. We recommend that you pre-order at the Bar before dinner is served. Tables will seat twelve. You may reserve a place by completing a name card at the table.
Fan of Honey Dew melon accompanied by a duo of coulis and a compot of wild berries.
Pan-fried Supreme of Chicken Wrapped in bacon topped with white wine and cream Madeira sauce.
(There will be a vegetarian alternative for those who prefer)
Lemon Tart served with Chantilly cream and Citrus Coulis
Tea or coffee with chocolate mints
PRESENTATION OF POINTS TROPHIES FOR 2005
Commencing at approximately 8.45pm. This will be followed by a Disco
Breakfast will be served from 7.30am Coach transport to the showground will be available for overseas visitors, leaving from the main entrance of the Abbey Hotel at 8.30am prompt, and will return to the hotel at the end of judging. Please contact Annette Jones or Jeanie Boyd.
INTERNET HEALTH FUND AUCTION
Internet bids will close on 1st March at 1.00pm, but the auction will continue at the Show when bidding will start at 9.30am and finally close at 3.30pm. Successful bidders may collect their purchases on the day of the show. Others will be informed within the following week. The names of all successful bidders will be published on the club website.
Dinner will be taken informally in the main restaurant, from 6.30pm
