The traditional pre-show dinner will be on FRIDAY 2^nd March 2012 at the Woodside Hotel, Glasshouse Lane, Kenilworth, CV8 2AL. Dinner will be 7 pm for 7:30 pm.

For those staying at the Hotel, the Pre-Show Dinner is included in the room rate - THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE

The special prices are:
Friday: Gala Dinner, Bed and Full English Breakfast £80:00 single, £130 double occupancy to include the 3-course set Gala Dinner and full English breakfast.
Saturday: Hot Fork Buffet Supper, Bed and Full English Breakfast £70:00 single, £110 double occupancy to include the Supper and full English breakfast.

Two night stay: £150 single, £240 Double.

For those staying at the Hotel, there is NO EXTRA Charge for the Evening Meals.

In order to get our special rates, be sure to mention that you are with the Cavalier Club and use booking reference CKCSC Club Booking Reference No 87835.

Any room with dogs will be charged a supplement of £15 (normally £25), regardless of the number of nights/dogs. Any specialist cleaning required will be subject to an additional charge.

If you are not staying at the Hotel, but would like to attend the Friday dinner, the price is £30:00 per person and for the Saturday Buffet the price is £20:00. These MUST be booked in advance directly with the Hotel.

Provides an ideal location for the "mobile" individual or family in a secure and friendly two hundred and fifty acre showground site. Access is through the main park gates, along the riverside, following hard-topped roads for about 800 meters to the entrance to the caravan and camping round.
