APPLICATION FOR A PAGE ON THE MEMBER'S SECTION OF THE CLUB WEB SITE
I/We the undersigned hereby apply for a page to be included in the Member's Section of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club web site as indicated below.

PAGE A Page will comprise a single page from the Year Book or as defined in Note 2 below. Members may have as many pages as they require each at the page cost quoted above and these will be configured into a single continuous web page.
Note 1 Replica of the members advert placed in the Cavalier Club Year Book. There will be no update to this page during the year. Page to be constructed from the data provided to the printer except that all pictures supplied in colour will appear in colour. Links to the member's email post box and home web page will be set as applicable.
The page will be loaded to the web site after publication of the Year Book.
Photos are to be recovered from the Year Book editor and to be sent to the webmaster.
Note 2 New page to be constructed from data provided by the member in accordance with the following guide lines.
  1. Up to 2 pictures and 200 words. All information to be capable of being included on an A4 page.
  2. Pages may be submitted as follows:
    • Paper copy with good photographs that will be scanned.
    • Electronic file in HTML, MS Word or MS Works with photos as separate files.
    • Digital photos or graphics should be either TIFF, GIF or JPEG to enable conversion.
    • If special graphics eg fancy headings, are required these should be supplied as either graphic files or good quality paper prints suitable for scanning.
  3. Links to the member's email post box and home web page will be set as applicable.
Note 3 Price for the new page includes one update during the year. This does not mean a complete re-design of the page.
Note 4 A hard copy print will be forwarded for proof and acceptance. No page will be loaded until the signed proof is returned.
AGREEMENT:
I/We agree that no content or link to any other site will contain anything that may be construed as detrimental to the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, it's aims and objectives, or any person whether a member of The Club or not.
I/We agree that final approval for the content of a page shall reside with The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club and that The Club's decision shall be final.
DATA PROTECTION ACT:
Whilst the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club web site is operated under the controls of the Data Protection Act 1998, I/We understand that the Data Protection Act does not operate outside the European Union and my/our details are published on the Internet via The Club's web site at my/our risk. I/We hereby acknowledge that The Club shall not be held responsible for any consequence arising from the publication of my/our Member's Page.
