Pay On Line Refund Policy

Refunds will be made at the discretion of The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club Committee under the following guidelines:

• Incorrect or un-authorised use of a Credit Card. This will activated after confirmation by your Credit Card Company.
• For New Membership applications a refund if membership is not confirmed at the next available Committee Meeting following application for membership. This will be automatic.
• None delivery of Goods provided that we are notified within 28 days of the order being placed.
• For all other reasons at the discretion of The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club Committee.

If you are unsatisfied with the service received or have any other problem with respect to transactions made on our site, then contact admin@thecavalierclub.co.uk giving full details of the problem.
