Dogs. Mrs D Whitfield
One of my favourite show venues, it was an honour to be invited to judge. All exhibits were presented in top class clean condition, but I was a little disturbed to find some younger exhibits with dirty teeth. I was pleased with my final line up making the decision for top honours somewhat difficult.

Best Puppy Sloan's Turretbank Trampus
Min Puppy (14 entries, 4 absent)
1st Sloan's Lyndabelle Louis At Turretbank
Blenheim. Lovely head, large dark eyes. Well balanced, good pigment, small but with plenty of substance. Moved well for one so young.
2nd Paterson's Phrenchy Whatshizname
Blenheim. Another lovely boy, same remarks apply just preferred the head of my first choice today, but at this age we all know how they change.
3rd Rennard's Deranmar Michael
Puppy (13, 2)
1st Sloan's Turretbank Trampus
Blenheim. 9 months old, such a stunner. Expression to die for, large dark eyes, arched neck well laid back shoulders. Held a good top line on the move. Short coupled, good tail set, stood four square. A bundle of mischief for his owner and so he should be at this age. Best Puppy Dog
2nd Park's Keyingham Branwell

3rd Shinnick's Leelyn Major League

Blenheim. The star of the day for me. Small Blenheim who really fits the standard with a head to die for complete with the melting expression we all look for. Arched neck, good shoulder placement, level top line. Moves with style. In the final line up could not take my eyes off him. Pleased to award him his first C.C. hope he goes on to win more. My co-judge agreed to make him B.O.B.
