Dogs.   Mrs M Newton
I thank you all for the chance to handle some super dogs even though it was a bad hair day for many of us due to the gusty conditions. Movement could have been better in some of the classes and I was disappointed to see so many youngsters with dirty teeth .
CC Smith & Aldous' Aranel Ballistic
RCC Rix & Berry's Ricksbury Royal Hero JW
Best Puppy Wiggins' Whyteplace Nathan
Veteran (2 entries, 0 absent)
1 Baker's Chacombe Chattanooga
What a good example of the breed and lovely to see the oldies enjoying themselves, correct soft expression, dark eye and nose, good earset, neck and topline, moved well in both direction and in full coat.
2 Jones' Delhaze Crackerjack
Well balanced, sound mover with good topline, front and turn of stifle, correct rich chestnut colour to coat, just preferred expression of one.
Minor Puppy (14, 5)
1 Hughes' Loranka's Perfect Love
Soft expression with large eyes, good earset and reach of neck. Nicely rounded ribcage, just keeping topline on the move. Stood well for age, I'm sure when this dog coats up the colour will darken.
2 Crossley's Tameline Refuse To Bend
Ideal size, very dark eyes and nose, flat skull, muzzle just needs time to fill out, good turn of stifle but little unsettled on the move.
3 Spark's Hazeldene Toffee at Sharvo NAF TAF
Res Armitt's Brasingamen Fire Opal
VHC Bate's Flossybrook Smarty Pants NAF TAF
Puppy (18, 7)
1 Wiggins' Whyteplace Nathan
Well proportioned, soft expression with large dark eye and nose pigment, correct earset, plenty of neck, level topline and tailset, strong front and hind quarters, thus making him the best mover in the class. Had the correct markings and plenty of feathering to complete the picture. Best Puppy in Breed
2 Rix & Berry's Ricksbury Royal Escape
Another exciting youngster who had the softest of expressions, good pigment, flat skull and ears that framed the face nicely. Good reach of neck, turn of stifle and excellent coat, he moved steadily in both directions.
3 Costello's Beauella Radzinski
Res Steel's Behabre Burberry Touch
VHC Rennard's Deranmar Crispin
Junior (14, 3)
1 Baillie's Cavallino Magic Spirit
A balanced dog with good bone and furnishings, masculine expression, nicely cushioned, well set ears, plenty of neck, strong in front and well turned stifle which meant he moved with drive keeping his topline and tail level.
2 Lymer's Lymrey Hi Command
Striking dog with a good outline. Just a shade larger but with excellent expression & large eyes, reach of neck, good stifle and rounded ribcage. Not as settled on the move today.
3 Paterson's Phrenchy Box Car Willy
Res Tomlinson's Sanickro Des Res
VHC Baillie's Fyrnrose Lachie
Special Yearling (7, 1)
1 Bright's Lorphil Lord Benjamin
Correct size and the best head in this class, and although nose pigment still to fill, I'm sure it will. Needs to coat up as did many in this class, nice turn of stifle and settled on the move maintaining his topline.
2 Burr's Spindlepoint Tucker
Similar type with correct earset so his ears framed the face. Rich chestnut colour, good bone, stifle and kept his tail level on the move.
3 Levitt's Kestrelflite Magic Moment
Res Baillie's Fyrnrose Lachie
VHC Vout's Touvas Sundance
Novice (10, 0)
1 Paterson's Phrenchy Flash Arry
Very pretty expressive lad who had a well cushioned muzzle, large dark round eyes and high set ears. Together with his good reach of neck, straight front, moderate bone, spring of rib and steady movement this made him the best dog overall in the class.
2 Costello's Beauella Radzinski
Nice expression, dark pigment, little longer in body than one but moved with drive keeping his topline and tailset, just didn't seem to enjoy his day as much.
3 Willey & Siddle's Penemma Harry Potter

VHC Baillie's Fyrnrose Lachie
Graduate (12, 3)
1 Maclaine's Lochbuie Billy Elliot
Good head shape with very large dark round eyes and black nose, flat skull and nicely feathered ears. Well balanced of correct size and bone, with good reach of neck, bend of stifle and level topline. Happy showman who didn't like to stand still for too long.
2 Rennard's Deranmar Michael JW
Good size, strong masculine head, straight front, moderate bone, turn of stifle, moved with drive. Just preferred expression of one.
3 Hill & Webber's Montcolly Brian
Res Lunam's Flossybrook Total Eclipse
VHC Forrester's Honeybet Designed for Salbrie

1 Boardman's Volney Super Sleuth JW
Correct soft expression, pigment and earset. He was in full coat and a real steady mover who looked good in profile, with moderate bone, straight front and good drive from behind.
2 King-Smith's Ispahan Galileo JW
Another excellent mover in all directions who always kept his topline and tail level. Good neck and shoulders, but would have liked more cushioning to the face.
3 Li's Avalcier Alessandro JW
Res Fox-Shone's Pamedna Esperanza
VHC Carr's Splendid Seas at Ledesham
Limit (24, 2) What a class, it had such a depth of quality that I had to throw out many good dogs who had won top honours before and I'm sure will again .
1 Smith & Aldous' Aranel Ballistic
This dog caught my eye immediately today, ideal size with moderate bone, lovely soft expression, large dark eyes and pigment, well set ears. Good neck and shoulders, level topline and tail, using his strong hindquarters he just glided around the ring, his coat in full bloom. He was groomed and handled to perfection and I was pleased to award him the CC, this being his third, a worthy Champion.
2 Rix & Berry's Ricksbury Royal Hero JW
Another excellent well proportioned dog from this kennel, which moved with drive, keeping his topline and tail correct. Lovely expression, pigment and earset. Plenty of neck, straight front and good turn of stifle, very close decision felt he just needed a little more time to blossom, RCC. Both these dogs had to excel to push a favourite of mine into third place.
