Bitches   Mrs S V Barwell
A lovely entry of quality exhibits. My Co-Judge and I agreed without hesitation on BOB and we were delighted to see him achieve G3 in the Toy Group. Best Puppy in Breed was a simply stunning son of my Bitch CC he was short listed in a highly competitive Puppy Group. What a day for the owner.
All that said I raise 3 important factors for exhibitors to dwell on. Our Standard clearly says no trimming, some exhibits appeared sculpted and were penalised accordingly. Secondly why spend £21 and show your dog with dirty teeth such a shame and I am not talking about the veteran class. Finally might I suggest that exhibitors study their dog's front and rear movement - you might be surprised at what you see on a hard surface.
