He has the most appealing of expressions, well cushioned foreface with excellent pigment, good shoulder placement and well arched neck, level topline, moved with presence round the ring. Well furnished with the richest of markings, a dog that has many virtues and I am sure he will hit the high spots soon

Considered him for top honours and just preferred the overall finish of the cc and reserve. His day will most definitely come
2 Rix & Berry's Ricksbury Royal Hero JW
Another quality dog from this well known kennel, have admired him since he was a puppy and he doesn't disappoint, a joy to go over on the table and presented to perfection, exquisite head framed by well set ears, compact body with good spring of rib, moved steadily, think he was feeling the effects of a long journey as seemed a bit lethargic.
3 Hughes' Loranka's Jubilation
Open (10, 2)
1 Inglis' CH Craigowl Billy Elliot
Absolutely stunning tri dog who fills the eye and does not disappoint at all from going over him on the table to movement and standing, he has clear cut head markings and has the most appealing and melting expression in a tricolour I have seen in a long time, which is so difficult to achieve, well arched neck with fantastic front and rear angulation, good spring of rib, he has something that is sadly lacking in many dogs today a topline and tailset that is level, although he is heavily marked this does not detract from his overall balanced outline, shown in sparkling condition and at one with his owner. Thank you for the opportunity to go over him and delighted to award him the CC and BIS.
2 Baker & Park's CH Keyingham Branwell
Lovely blen with rich dark tan markings, shown in excellent condition and profuse coat with excellent texture, classic head and masculine expression, well cushioned foreface, dense nose and eye pigment, moderate neck and good lay of shoulder and rear angulation, excellent muscle tone, ideal size and shape, moves with drive round the ring with the 'look at me attitude' keeping a balanced outline, a dog with an exuberant personality , a deserving champion and I found this a hair splitting decision, he was unfortunate to meet Billy Elliot on such top form and had to settle for the RCC today.
3 Thomson's Ailcres Sandman
Special Open Wholecolour (7, 1) 2 lovely ruby dogs headed this class
1 Hughes' Loranka's Starstealer
Ruby boy with profuse coat of the correct texture, soft expression that is still masculine, head framed by well set ears, hard to get in wholecolours, good substance and idea bone for size, level topline and tailset, moved steadily at all times.
2 Thomson's Ailcres Sandman
3rd in Open Dog, Ruby that excels in overall shape, nicely proportioned and well balanced, lovely coat texture, appealing head with gently tapered muzzle, well arched neck with good shoulder placement, moved with purpose round the ring, an eyecatching dog.
3 Salisbury's Clopsville Jack Daniels.

2 Rennard's Deranmar Amelie
Attractive well broken blen with the soundest of construction, not as pretty in the head as the winner but still has some excellent qualities, excels in overall movement and construction, a well balanced girl who keeps her topline and tailset correct at all times which seems to be hard to come by these days.
3 Baillie's Ellisiana Shot Silk at Frynrose

3 McCoy's Nanamoon Dasher to Starways
Limit (20, 3) This was one of the best classes of the day.
1 Goodwin's Lanola Salsa JW
I fell in love with this bitch, richly coloured and well marked blen with a soft melting exquisite expression, lovely large dark round eyes that you can loose yourself in, well cushioned foreface, well feathered and set ears, moderate neck and excellent shoulder placement, well proportioned and balanced, another who has the desired topline and tailset, commands attention as she moves round the ring, in the challenge I couldn't take my eyes off her. Was delighted to award her the CC and even more delighted to find out this was her 3rd - well done.
2 Sansom's Byermoor Queens English JW
Another well known blen who was unfortunate to meet Salsa in top form, neatly made girl who has the one of the best constructions and outlines, sweet expression with darkest of pigment, moved with purpose keeping her head held high, not as well furnished as some but she certainly has nothing to hide, considered her for the RCC but felt the Open Bitch winner had the edge in maturity - shall watch her progress with interest.
3 Lymer's Lymrey Hi Falutin
Open (16)
1 Jones' Timsar Miss B'Havin
Compact ultra feminine blen girl, lovely to go over on the table and makes you appreciate her excellent conformation, she has the prettiest of heads with well cushioned foreface, dense nose pigment and another with those limpid dark eyes, good reach of neck, excellent shoulder placement, topline and tailset held at all times, moves with drive round the ring, the more I looked at her in the line up the more she appealed and I found myself smiling at her, one who I think has been overlooked in the past and was pleased to award her the RCC.
