Dogs. Mrs H Wheeler
I wish to convey to the officers and committee a special "Thank You" for your generous hospitality. I really enjoyed judging the Cavalier 'Dogs' at your show. This is the first time I have judged the 'dogs'. Having judged bitches on two previous occasions I found that we have six different types of heads to fit one standard. Mouths on the whole were good; quite a few need their teeth scaling. I was very disappointed with the Black and Tans. Most coats were very dull and lacked lustre. Black and Tans should shine when washed ; if they do not, it may be concerning their diet. Having said that, I do thank all the exhibitors; as some Cavaliers had to go cardless.

Blenheim. Just loved this dog, one of the few that excels. In good neck, well enough muscled forming a slight arch at the crest leading down to well laid back shoulders, level topline and tailset, together with good angulation and movement. Gorgeous head and expression, large dark eyes. In full coat. Although only a junior dog, to me looks fully developed for one so young. I felt this dog could have earned the C.C. today.
2 Claydon's Brymarden Montana JW
Another top winning blenheim that moved well, with style and at one with owner. In full coat excelling in good bone, level topline and tailset. Pleasing head with correct ear setting, dark eve, good muzzle. Just preferred neck and shoulders of one.

I would like to thank the committee of UK Toydog Society for inviting me to judge cavalier bitches at their lovely show. I would also like to thank my stewards Malcolm and Jan for all their help throughout the day ,and also express my thanks to all the exhibitors for allowing me the pleasure of judging their lovely cavaliers. All but a few were beautifully presented, and a credit to their owners.
