Dogs. Mr I Sidgwick
Always a pleasure & honour to judge the breed I love. I was however disappointed to find a number of dogs with bad mouths & light eyes being shown, but overall there were some lovely dogs presented which are a credit to their breeders With my co-judge, Brian Clayton, we agreed that both CC winners were true examples of our breed. As both dog & bitch were of such high quality it was a difficult decision but finally we both agreed to the dog, Ch Wandris Entertainer, being awarded BOB. Again with the puppies Brian & I agreed to the dog, Toshini Martino, being awarded BP Unfortunately the veteran dog was not available to challenge for Best Veteran so the award was given to 10 year old bitch, Sharonaz Melody for Drumhaye, who is an excellent example of a mature Cavalier.

Bitches Mr B Claydon
It was a great pleasure to judge at the UK Toydog as I had given CC’s for the first time for this society some 27 years ago. What a fabulous entry of 243 bitches making 263 entries. I was spoilt for choice in many of the classes and it goes without saying that many quality bitches had to go home cardless. A big thank you to my very capable stewards Malcolm Spark and Geoff Hindle who kept the ring running really well and enabled me to finish in good time.
