This year we are holding a POST SHOW GALA DINNER on Saturday 28th February 2015 at the Best Western Plus Manor Hotel, 127 Main Road, Meriden CV7 7HN. Friday 27th February: 2 Course Hot Buffet Supper £19:95 per person. Saturday 28th February: 3 Course Gala Dinner £25:00 per person On the Saturday night our Gala Dinner will have the presentation of Points Trophies. We look forward to welcoming you all. Arrangements for the meals at the Manor Hotel in Meriden: Friday night – Supper will be served in the Cedars Suite. The bar will be open from 7.00 pm and the supper will be served at 7.30 pm. Saturday breakfast – The hotel has kindly agreed to open their restaurant for breakfast from 6.30 am. Saturday night – Gala Dinner will be served at 8.00 pm in the Aylesford Suite. The bar in the adjoining room, the Guernsey Suite will be open from 7.00 pm, this bar will close at midnight. If you would like to attend either meal please complete the enclosed slip in the schedule. – Neither of these events can be booked through the hotel. You can either pay through the Club website under the Club Shop or by cheque made payable to the ‘Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club’. If you are paying via the Club Shop you must still complete the form and quote your confirmation number. All forms need to be returned to Elaine Berwick by Wednesday, 11th February 2015. NOTE: ROOMS TO BE BOOKED WITH HOTEL AND DINNERS TO BE BOOKED WITH CKCS CLUB - see instructions above. A special rate has been negotiated for the Friday and Saturday evening. This rate is valid until Thursday 29th January 2015 ONLY; after this date the room rate will revert to the hotel’s normal rate. To get this rate you will need to quote the following number: 10968. All rooms must be booked through the hotel direct on 01676 522735. £85.00 single room bed and breakfast – to book dinner see instructions below. £95.00 double/twin room bed and breakfast – to book dinner see instructions below. £15.00 supplement for any rooms that have dogs in for the duration of your stay. If your room requires specialist cleaning this will be subject to an additional charge. HOTEL RULES – everyone to comply!
If you are having dogs in your room there is a pre-book supplement of £15:00 regardless of the number of nights. If the room requires specialist cleaning this will be subject to an additional charge at the discretion of the duty manager. Photographic evidence may be used in the event of guests vacating and leaving rooms requiring specialist cleaning.
If you are not staying at the Hotel, but would like to attend the Friday buffet, the price is £19:95 per person and for the Saturday Dinner the price is £25:00. These MUST be booked in advance directly with Elaine Berwick.
