As in previous years there will be a pre-show 3 course hot buffet on the Friday evening and a 3 course Gala Dinner on the Saturday evening. Both events will be at the Manor Hotel. The price for the buffet will be £19.95 per person and the price for the Gala Dinner will be £25.00 per person. If you would like to attend either meal please download and complete the Meal Booking Form below. This year we are offering a choice of meals for the Saturday evening, it is therefore essential that you please complete the menu option form on the reverse of the Meal Booking Form. Neither of these events can be booked through the hotel. You can either pay through the club website under the Club Shop or by cheque made payable to the ‘Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club’. If you are paying via the Club Shop you must still complete the menu option form and quote your confirmation number. All forms need to be returned to Elaine Berwick by Monday 15th February 2016. NOTE: ROOMS TO BE BOOKED WITH HOTEL AND DINNERS TO BE BOOKED WITH CKCS CLUB – see instructions above. We have not negotiated rates for 2016 as we found that better rates were available booking ahead with the hotel or via the internet. If you do stay at the hotel with your dogs please remember that you are representing the breed as well as our club during your stay so please do not let either down! HOTEL RULES – everyone to comply!
If you are having dogs in your room there may be a pre-book supplement which was £15:00 for 2015, regardless of the number of nights. If the room requires specialist cleaning this will be subject to an additional charge at the discretion of the duty manager. Photographic evidence may be used in the event of guests vacating and leaving rooms requiring specialist cleaning.
