I found that toplines and tailsets have improved since I last judged. Presentation was good with just a couple of grubby dogs. A couple of dogs had been trimmed so much that they were sculpted – the breed standard was set for a reason. |

On the whole I was very pleased with my overall class winners but I was shocked at how many bad movers there were especially at this level. I feel that breeders really need to look hard at their stock and learn to be critical so that the breed can be restored to what it once was. |
