Dogs Mr C Cortes (Londoncor)
I would like to thank SWWCKCS for giving me the opportunity to do my first judging appointment at a breed club level. The show was nicely put together, everything was thought of and I had fantastic stewards who kept the ring efficient. Also, a huge appreciation to all exhibitors that entered their dogs under me and particularly for staying after a long day, I was positively impressed with the high turn up of exhibitors considering that I started judging soon after 15:30. Thank you to all involved for such an amazing experience and opportunity, I enjoyed every second of the day.

Best Puppy Dog Bubb’s Wandris Gentle Reminder

Minor Puppy (4 Entries 1 Absent) I was happy to see this very promising class with well-constructed puppies.
1st Bubb’s Wandris Gentle Reminder
Promising puppy with large eyes and black pigment. Lovely ears set and good length of neck. He is well balanced in front and rear angles and he has a wonderful level top line. I loved his croup and tail set and that, together with his beautiful head set him apart from the rest. He was my BP and one to watch.
2nd Hughes’ Loranka’s Edge Of Heaven
Very attractive well broken Blenheim that moves soundly. He looked lovely standing and always kept a correct top line and tail set. Of similar construction as the winner of this class, I just preferred the head of number 1.
3rd Crane’s Cranvarl Just William
Puppy (5, 1)
1st Hegarty’s Chantismere Cooper
I love the size and shape of this young dog. He is a well broken Blenheim with a very appealing head, gorgeous dark round eyes and black pigment. His compact body sets him apart in his class. I just would prefer his tail set to be a bit higher but he is certainly full of quality.
2nd Rhodes’ Calonlan Corona
Stylish Blenheim slightly longer in the back than the winner of the class and somehow he looked less mature. Another superb head with the darkest of the eyes and pigment. His neck and movement will make him stand out once he comes into his own.
3rd Hobbs’ Beaconsfylde Oscar Nuther
Res Bloice’s Scotlass Power Of Love
Junior (6, 0)
1st Rhodes’ Calonlan Corona
See Puppy Dog.
2nd Williams’ Sancana Daddy Cool
Up to size black and tan of beautiful head, lovely neck, top line and tail set. He has large round eyes and enough filling under his eyes. He really reached ground when moving around and he kept a perfect level top line and tail carriage. He is still young and his coat will come. When moving he was a bit close in the front, which I am sure will improve with maturity.
3rd Wightman’s Ellemich Kenzo at Kailyflee
Res Pagan’s Nikanncie Golden Touch Sorata
Novice (5, 2)
1st Bloice’s Scotlass Power Of Love
Compact and well broken Blenheim with beautiful head and expression. He has well laid back shoulders and good rear angles.
2nd Pagan’s Nikanncie Golden Touch Sorata
Well balanced Ruby with superb top line and neck. He was presented in good coat and condition. I would prefer a bit more cushioning underneath the eyes.
3rd Randle’s Bretam Dark Mystery
Graduate (5, 1)
1st Smith’s Beaudale Little Ted
Lovely Ruby of outstanding quality. He has a gorgeous head, very dark pigment and large round dark eyes. When standing his outline is very attractive and faultless. I would have considered this dog for top prizes but I would like him to be more confident in the ring.
2nd Pagan’s Nikanncie Golden Touch Sorata
See Novice class.

1st Hughes’ Loranka’s Heavenly Moment
Very attractive heavily marked tricolour that moves around the ring with impressive reach and drive. I love his size, overall type and attitude. He has a lovely head with large dark eyes, flat skull and well set ears. Beautiful top line, tail set and carriage. He was presented in tip-top condition.
2nd Phillips’ Tillymist Heez Harry Beau
Up to size well broken tricolour with the most impressive neck and top line. Another well balanced dog that moved very soundly around the ring. His clever handler knew how to maximise his beautiful outline. I just preferred the size of number 1.

Res Martins’ Loranka’s Here Comes The Sun to Clemartill
VHC Randle’s Bretam Sole Survivor
Limit (5, 0)
1st Knight’s Carolus Don Ricco JW ShCM
Heavily marked Blenheim with superb overall balance. I love his head, size, top line and tail set. He has large round and very dark eyes. His flat skull and high set ears is the final touch for his soft melting expression. When moving he covers enough ground and he is completely parallel when view from front and back. His coat is rich chestnut and he was presented in glooming condition. He kept a steady top line when going around. He is just full of breed type and he ticked all the boxes on the day. BOB.
2nd Tarabad’s Khatibi Walter Melon
Attractive well broken tricolour with lovely size and shape. Beautiful dark eyes and pigment. Good length of neck and firm top line and croup. There is nothing to fault this dog about. He just needs to be more confident in the ring to move to the first place.
3rd Whitfield’s Bevelmount Red Beaujolais
Res Randle’s Bretam Sole Survivor
VHC Lunt’s Oaktree Alfie
Open (2, 0) Difficult class to judge since both dogs were of great quality.
1st Hughes’ Loranka’s Moonshine JW
Beautiful Blenheim with ideal markings (and lozenge). This dog has a lovely head, perfect balance between his flat skull and muzzle. He has high set ears that he used to his advantage. There is total balance on this dog and he was very close to take full honours, I just preferred the eyes on my BOB. He was presented in beautiful coat condition. He was my RWD.
2nd Rhodes’ Calonlan Will I Am
Another Blenheim with perfect markings, impressive overall balance and full of breed type. I loved his length of leg and short couple. He has a lovely neck and tail carriage. He was just a bit out of coat.

Minor Puppy (3 Entries 0 Absent)
1st Hughes’ Loranka’s Must Be An Angel
Very promising Blenheim bitch of ideal size and markings. She has the most gorgeous head and beautiful round dark eyes. When standing her top line and tail set where level giving her the desired outline. She moved nicely around the ring.
2nd Vass’ Leelyn Scarlet with Clauberry
Very stylish young Ruby bitch. She is well constructed with laid back shoulders, level top line and correct angles front and back. She moved with drive and very clean when viewed from front and back. Her head still needs to mature and fill in under her eyes.
3rd Walton’s Merryanna Melody with Underknoll
Puppy (9, 1) A very good class with a lot of quality
1st Waddington’s Ricksbury Rosebark at Spindlepoint
Very feminine bitch with correct size and proportions. She has the correct length of leg and right shape in body, being shorter in back than most in her class. She was always moving happily and using her high set ears to her advantage. Hear head still needs to mature and I would like to see a bit more cushioning under her eyes. PB
2nd Maclaine’s Pennygown Rumpy Pumpy
Another small Blenheim bitch with lovely top line and rich chestnut markings. She has lovely dark eyes, well cushioned face and very dark pigment. She moved with plenty of reach and drive, always carrying her tail at the level of her back. I was splitting hairs between number 1 and 2, but preferred the shape of number 1.

1st Bubb’s Wandris Songbird
Beautiful headed Blenheim bitch with lovely large dark eyes, flat skull and high ear set. She had by far the best head in her class. I was also impressed with her top line, tail set and movement. She is correct in size and she also has very attractive markings.
2nd Walton’s Underknoll Rudbeckia
Well balanced bitch with correct leg length. She has very dark pigment and rich colour. Moved with reach and drive around the ring. I preferred the head and tail set of number 1.

I loved this bitch’s head and expression. She has gorgeous large dark eyes with enough cushioning under the eyes, high set ears and jet black pigment. She has a lovely neck and well laid back shoulders. Correct angles front and back which give her great balance and movement. Very close decision between number 1 and 2.

2nd   Calonlan Vogue
Short coupled Blenheim bitch of beautiful head and eyes. She always kept a steady top line when standing and moving. She has enough bone for a bitch and was presented in good coat condition. She just needs to be a bit more outgoing to win her class.

1st Inglis, Kirschbaum & Vorderstrasse’s Bonitos Companeros Crystal
Very stylish Blenheim bitch with the most attractive outline. I love her neck length and carriage, level top line and correct tail set. That perfect outline set her apart from the rest. She also has a beautiful head with large round dark eyes, flat skull and high set ears that she used to her advantage. To me this bitch excelled in balance having the correct body proportions and neck and tail carriage. She was WB, OS and RBIS.
2nd Lee’s Rossyn Treasured Moments at Kelrick
Smaller Blenheim bitch with ideal markings. Beautiful eyes and dark pigment. She moved around the ring covering good ground and it was easy to notice her happy temperament. I would like a bit more cushioning under her eyes.
3rd Randle’s Bretam Golden Honey
Post Graduate (3, 0)
1st Greenhalgh’s Callyspride Heavenly Star for Lacervali
Heavily marked Blenheim of correct shape and balance. Feminine head with dark pigment and high set ears. She is a good mover and kept a steady top line.
2nd Hunter’s Spennythorne Forget Me Not
Well broken tricolour bitch presented in glooming coat condition. She has a gorgeous head with large lustrous eyes, good filling underneath her eyes and black jet pigment that gives her a soft and melting expression. I preferred this bitch’s head to number one, but unfortunately she was a bit unsettled when moving.
3rd Randle’s Chicariad Havana Sunrise with Underknoll
Limit (8, 4)
1st Tarabad’s Khatibi I’m Martha Sleep
Feminine well broken tricolour that moved with reach and drive. Beautiful large very dark eyes and soft expression. She is correctly balanced between front and hind quarters. Would like a bit of more bone.
2nd Crane’s Cranvarl Morning Glory
Very well broken Blenheim with gorgeous head, large round eyes, flat skull and high set ears. She has a lovely temperament and kept a level top line when moving. She was out of coat and I would prefer stronger hind quarters.
3rd Randle’s Chicariad Havana Sunrise with Underknoll
Res Lunt’s Newroyds Moonlight Whisper
Open (7, 1)
1st Maclaine’s Pennygown Miss Jones
Blenheim bitch of correct head proportions with large dark eyes, good filling under the eyes, excellent pigment in the nose, flat skull and lovely high set ears. She moved steadily and very clean when coming and going. Good neck and shoulders and when moving she always kept a beautiful level top line. I would like her to be a bit shorter in couple and she was out of coat.
2nd Ryan’s Jolainey Harmony at Cavalli
Heavily marked Blenheim with good coat quality and beautiful outline and temperament. She is the correct size for a bitch, with a feminine head, round and large eyes and flat skull. She moved freely and effortless around the ring, keeping a steady top line and correct tail carriage. I just would like her hind quarters to be a bit stronger.

1st Sansom’s Ch Byermoor Queens Maid JW
Beautiful Blenheim of correct size, make and shape. She is very sound and has nothing to hide. Her head is feminine and she has very dark, large and round eyes. Her nose is well pigmented and she has flat skull and well set ears. Good neck, with excellent front and rear angles. It is a joy to see this veteran bitch moving around the ring covering ground effortlessly and with style. She is full of breed type and I was splitting hairs for top honours. RWB, BVIS.
2nd Randle’s Bretam Burnt Honey
Up to size ruby bitch of wonderful temperament. Another one that did not show her age. She moved soundly when going around the ring and she still keeps a steady top line.
