| I would like to thank the Leeds Championship Dog Show committee for the invitation to judge our beautiful breed and for the hospitality afforded to me at their show. I wish to thank the stewards for their invaluable help, the exhibitors for their sporting acceptance of my decisions and the dogs for being our beautiful owners. On the whole I was pleased with the conformation of the exhibits though there were a few small eyes, some tiny teeth in adult dogs, dentition was good with nice clean teeth, hind movement however does need to be watched as too many moved very close.

This so handsome ruby boy caught my eye as he entered the ring which he then owned. Gorgeous head, large dark expressive eyes and melting expression. Fabulous neck and shoulder placement. Well sprung ribs, short coupled, well angulated hind quarters which he used wonderfully, keeping his topline level and tail carriage as it ought to be level and wagging. I took great pleasure in giving him the CC and BOB. Pleased to see him short listed in the group Wish he was mine. |
